Founder Lab
Ownership mindset and creative problem solving.

What it is


Founder Lab develops the ownership mindset, teaching students to spot problems, imagine solutions, and build something real. Students work in small founding teams and move a real idea from first concept to a one page business plan and a pitch deck.

Career Pathways and Exploration connects students to the real world of work through site visits, panels, guest speakers, college and trade school tours, and job shadowing. The goal is for every student to see, up close, that success comes through many paths.

Future Ready prepares students to present themselves well for school, internships, and work. Every workshop produces a real deliverable, so students are measured by finished work and leave the year with a resume, a profile, and practiced interview answers.
